Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Tele Sales Team Leader to join our charity organization. As the Tele Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of tele-sales representatives in fundraising for our organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Leading and managing a team of tele sales representatives to achieve fundraising goals and targets.
· Developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to increase donations and support for the charity.
· The role holder should spend 70-80% of their time working closely with their team and the return on this investment of time will be through demonstrating continuous improvement in team/individual performance.
· Creating and maintaining a positive and motivating work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement Monitoring and analyzing sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize team performance
· Motivate agents to deliver outstanding results including both commissionable and non- commissionable key performance indicators.
· Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on team performance, fundraising progress, and key issues and challenges.
· Train the team for better quality performance 'Soft skills".
· Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
· Develop and implement tele-sales strategies and plans to achieve fundraising targets Recruit, train, motivate and manage a team of tele-sales representatives
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all donations and donor information.
