Location: Trio Compound – Fifth Settlement
Job Description:
- Responsible for auditing supervising assigned service provider in day-to-day operation on site.
- Enhance service provider responding on site to reactive and proactive maintenance.
- Make sure that daily check lists are applied on site in addition to PPMs.
- Site inspection and reporting day-to-day operation and services provided by our service provider.
- Respond directly to emergency repairs cases and make sure service provider is responding on site and solve the cases.
- Client requests handling and communication
- Monitor daily reporting, ensure that all service requests are handled and closed out accordingly.
- Provide daily and accurate attendance for our subcontractors referring to our contract.
- Enhance the service delivery through best practice and the effective use of systems and equipment.
- Follow up service provider variation orders on site and make sure each quotation is closed and required spare parts are provided as agreed and requested in quotation and finished in good quality.
- Responsible for ensuring that all assets and equipment are maintained and operated in a proper asset management way.
- Responsible for auditing Health and Safety on site with the service provider, monthly HSE inspections and regular audits and follow HSE policy.
- Always updated with site requirements and ready to work and respond to any updates or changes from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Preferable MEP).
- Minimum 1 year experience in facility management field.
- Problem solver, proactive, ability to do multiple tasks, lead and audit service provider on site.
- Consistent and fair in approach and able to identify and resolve problem.
- Experience in dealing with contractors and suppliers.
- Very good in English & Arabic (written & spoken).
- Real Estate experience is a must.
- Knowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry.
- Strong communication skills.
- Coordination of services provided by multi-service teams.
