EGYCONTRACTORS is hiring:
1. Designer 3D
Tasks:
- Undertaking design projects from concept to completion.
- Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects. This includes millwork, tile, elevations, plans, and sections.
- Maintain/organize project files, schedules, and specifications.
- Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.
- Site survey/measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same.
- Work with the entire team, in the office, and with outside consultants.
- Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification:
• BS degree in Architecture / Interior Design.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• English is good
• Excellent portfolio of previous works.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in ArchiCAD or similar, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Illustrator, corona, or other design programs.
• Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
• Experience and interest in traditional and modern detailing.
• Skilled in CAD with architectural conventions knowledge. Experienced in job site tasks, collaborating with architects, builders, and landscape architects to produce accurate documents.
